Lumi is a wellness companion. It helps you notice patterns in what you log about yourself. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. If something concerns you, talk to a clinician — Lumi will say the same thing.
The privacy page says the same thing in more detail, including how anonymous mode differs.
If you send a care summary to a clinic, you choose what it contains, scope by scope. You stay pseudonymous until you book. Every view by that clinic is logged and shown to you. You can revoke it, and revoking does not delete your own copy.
Lumi+ is billed by the app store you bought it from, under that store's rules — including its refund process, which we do not control. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not delete anything you have logged, and nothing you logged while subscribed is taken away.
We will tell you before a change takes effect, in the app and by email, with time to export your data or leave if you disagree.
You will be notified before any data moves, with time to export or delete everything first.
Pending legal review. These clauses decide what happens when something goes wrong, and they are the part of a contract that a non-lawyer should not draft. They are deliberately absent rather than filled with boilerplate that looks binding.
